Our #15 version of the Bolívar Forum brought together 16 schools from 11 cities in Colombia and 10 schools from 5 countries in Latin America.
With international speakers from Scotland and the United States, and more than 60 academic workshops, the experience was a great success.
Among other topics, Ewan McIntosh, CEO of NoTosh, spoke about the preparation, accreditation, and mindset change that educators need to transform teaching in the 21st century.
On his part, David C. Virtue, professor at Western Carolina University, focused his lecture on the process of writing to achieve publication and talked about the importance of collaboration between schools and universities to elevate educational quality.
Feedback surveys confirm high levels of satisfaction from the participants, and at Colegio Bolívar, we feel great pride and gratitude for the incredible participation of our community. In this regard, Dr. David Fayad, Director of Learning at the school, gave a very positive report:
Thanks to all the attendees, speakers, and organizers for making this transformative event possible, and a special acknowledgment to our sponsors: Tri-Association, Western Carolina University, and Tecnoquímicas.
